I have a backgrouns in childpsychology and have been working with children with special need for 3 years. First I worked in a hospital with children who needed to be diagnosed before they could get the help they so strongly needed. Afterwards I worked in a privat practice where I treated and counseled children with special need ( age 2 untill 19, with all kind of problems: adhd, autism, dyslexia,anxiety, depression,agression, social problems, helping them in divorces etc)
I really loved my job, to see a child become more indepentend and happy is my goal! They need help but moreover they need tips and guidance to do things on their own, it will make them more confident in themselves. I also work with the parents, as they often need tips/help how to deal with difficult sittuations.
I just moved to Israel (my boyfriend got offered a research job in Rehovot) and I would love to keep on working with children. If not as a psychologists I would love to use my background in a nanny/caregiver position, as I know how important that is for some children. Help with organising homework, making friends or plan their day...
I am enthousiastic and social, really want to work and understand the importance of familylife abroad!
