HI,
i'am working for 2 yrs more in quadrop leg patient. he was totally bedridden all that he needs i give to him,like food,taking a bath,house cleaning everyday,massage,giving medicine.
and the problem that i encounter of that family that i dont have a food, i bring my food there for a week. they just give me a rice and egg.and water. for that long year i suffered. then i decided to stop working with them.
Then the second employer that i have is a couple we had a lot of problem also with his wife,they always changing for metapel i just work there for almost 7 months. this is the case also that i dont like that happen with us. when we bring him to hospital he was confine there i work there 24hrs for whole weekend with pay,food allwance. i buy my own food in hospital and i work 24hrs there. then it happen again he confine to hospital for the second time. even i'am not feeling well they know that,they want to stay me again. after a several days i was sick.
then it happen again we went to hospital. this was the worst i work again 24hrs,no taking a bath,no food i buy my own food. no changing of cloths for 3 days. my employer told me that if i want to take a bath there is a bathroom here in HOSPITAL. and he told me that i'am not tired. why should i need to go home and sleep. for that 3 days. is suppered physical and emotional deppress which is they treating like a animal not a human...so that time i decided to leav them and not to come back again..
even now they did not give me my 20 days salary and the extra payment for the time that i work 24hrs in the hospital..
this was my story that happen to me.. hope i can fine a real good job. hope i could.. i prepared if i can have a young employer.
