  I caregiver is a person who assists the elderly by performing a number of tasks as follows below : 1. Physical and Cognitive Though i am not a medical professional, I caregiver that i am responsible for helping clients with physical and cognitive health. This can involve helping them walk, assisting in exercises and helping them maintain memory by using specialized drills and memory books. 2. Nutrition and Personal Care I (Caregiver) ensure that seniors receive proper nutrition by planning and preparing their meals, performing grocery shopping and checking food for expiration dates in the home pantry and refrigerator and also assist with bathing and toileting as needed. 3. Housekeeping I (Caregiver) perform a variety of housekeeping tasks that the senior may no longer be capable of doing, such as laundry, dusting, making beds, running errands, organizing mail and keeping a calendar of appointments. 4. Transportation I (Caregiver) may transport and accompany seniors to medical appointments, on trips to the beauty salon or to religious activities. If they needed. 5. Emotional I (Caregiver) provide emotional support for seniors by providing them companionship and conversation. I may also engage in activities with them such as board games, card games or film and television watching. 6. Reporting I (Caregiver) responsible for keeping a daily journal of notes, detailing the activities they performed during the day. They are also required to report any signs of physical or cognitive difficulties to the agency they work for or directly to the family if they are self-employed. Mr. Yochanan was a cancer patient and i was taking care of him. He was a nice and very gentleman, sometimes he was stubborn not to have food and the medicine but i did my level best to take care of him and give him the medicine and the food on time to time basics. Now today he is no more, he is dead and am looking for the job.

Mr. Briga Amos was a stroke (CVA) patient and i was taking care of him. He was bedridden i did my level best to take care of him and give him the medicine and the food on time to time basics. He is alive living in Ashdod.
